Rdr2 download keeps pausing pc

I have RDR2 on the disk after downloading the data disk I try and download the play disk and every time it stops at 60gb I have a PS4 pro and when I check my storage remaining I have GB of storage left I tried restarting my PS4 and uninstalling RDR2 while it’s in the installation process, (I had RDR2 before but I deleted it for more storage on other games) any way to fix this?  · A guide for how to possibly fix the freezing and stuttering issues with Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC.
